I will be the first one to argue that the “Illuminati connection” is pure bullshit and ludicrous. With that stated I definitely feel as if I just watched a demonic ritual. I’ve posted it on twitter and I’ll post it here. It seems like nowadays its not about talent but about how far off/weird you are. The further off/weirder you are and the harder it is to understand your concepts the “hotter” your labeled. I’m not saying Kanye doesn’t have talent because thats far from the truth. I’m saying the concept it’s weird and I don’t get it. Just because I don’t get it doesn’t make it hot. I just means I don’t get all the bullshit visuals packed into this 4 minute satanic video.

Answer The Call Concert At MSG With Jay-Z

Last night Jay-Z created history once again at his Answer the call concert at Madison Square Garden in NYC. A sold out stadium rocked out for two hours to classics and newbies. I didn’t get the front seat but FUSE provided the show for all the home viewers. Can’t deny Hov is the King of this rap thing.

PMD Album Review: The Blueprint 3

The Blueprint 3: Jay-Z
It’s been quite sometime since a review for an album here on PMD. as a matter of fact it’s been a while since I’ve posted. my heart has been affected by tre (put accent) stagnation of the game. There’s been “progression” over the past few months, but in my opinion we could be much further ahead.
Fast forward to present day. It’s Tuesday and as I ride in this cab to the office, I decided it’s time to write this review. The third installment of Jay-Z’s Blueprint series has had several different feelings. At first it was the excitement of sitting at the Allido Records studio with peoples hearing “D.O.A.” for the first time. That excitement and energy was reminiscent of the days I’d run to the radio late night for that freestyle or when you’d be the only one on school with an album a few days early because you went to Beatstreet (R.I.P.) the Friday before the release. The excitement disappeared when some of the leaks didn’t live up to that feeling. Well, the album’s here and I listened to it more than enough to give a fair and thorough assessment. Let go into BP3, people.

Kanye West On “The View”

Kanye West made a stop on The View today to talk about his book “Thank You & You’re Welcome, upcoming tour with Lady Gaga & 808’s x Heartbreaks. During the show the most classic part is where Barbara Walters asks Kanye to kick an impromptu rhyme (not in those words) for the audience. Look at Whoopi Goldbergs face (6:47 mark) my Dukes. It’s like yea, you wants a “YASM” from us. I’m sure the rap guests are her least favorite. Kanye held it down though.
