Drop the World – Lil Wayne feat Eminem

Is this what we’re co-signing? “I’mma pick the world up and I’mma drop it on your fucking head” Is life as a star that hard? Joe Budden made a career of it but he’s not really a star. Eminem thrived on it for 2/3 albums (arguably) while Kid Cudi and Drake seem to be trying to avoid it yet looming down that lonely alley. I think it will push Drake to his acting again while Kid Cudi will probably OD in a club like River Phoenix. Please forgive my sentiments and take them with a grain of salt. Being a star isn’t that hard. Look how Jay-z handles it. Oh wait he bitches about critics to.

Mighta Missed Mondays

4495645-lg

Alright so this installment of Mighta Missed Monday comes in two parts. First part is 50 Cent and Eminem’s psycho. Since Before I Self Destruct wasn’t bought by anyone most people might have missed this. Its vintage 50 and Em at their best. 50 sings on the chorus and talks about killing people in his verse while Eminem just murders it. This should get into shade 45’s xm rotation.

DJ Vlad Talks With Aftermath Signee Slim Da Mobsta

Slim Da Mobsta

DJ Vlad did a phone interview with Aftermath’s new signee Slim Da Mobsta. Dude is very excited to be signed to Dr. Dre’s label, very excited. I personally don’t know much about him but I’ll bump some music this weekend. I think some not so sublimnals were aimed at Bishop Lamont who is currently on ice when it comes to release dates and such. Interview after the jump.

Addedum: Below the interview I added a classic from Slim (let my dude B. Money tell it) called “10 Gat Commandments”. Now back to some other work my Dukes.
