Def Jam and K.R.I.T. release another visual from ‘Return of 4eva’: “The Vent”. This track really shows why there is an affinity for K.R.I.T. The sheer selflessness of the music is commendable but accompany that with the beat and thought provoking lyrics and you understand why Def Jam signed dude. He’s not the second anybody, just the first of a long line of many — black twitter can hope.
Even on K.R.I.T.’s birthday he gives.
I didn’t post this on the day it came out because I thought it was a compilation from a third party, non-affliated DJ but turns out this is an official K.R.I.T. release. I don’t care too much for all the features but it is what it is. Black twitter loves K.R.I.T. don’t they?

I am proud to present “Return Of 4eva” to all my supporters, I took the past year to work on this project. I reached out to some of my favorite artists that I felt represented what this album was about. Ludacris, Bun B, David Banner, Chamillionaire, Big Sant, Joi & Raheem Devaughn all helped me to make my vision of this album complete. I hope you all love it. Download it for free at www.returnof4eva.com stay blessed – K.R.I.T
Big K.R.I.T. takes some time out from The Smokers Club Tour to record a video. This is pretty much what 50 used to do but K.R.I.T. is doing it over some old OutKast. Must respect the Mississippi hustle. “Cant Be All” is on Jonny Shipes’ Good Talk Vol. 9.
@AkiyahB catches up with Def Jam’s new signee Big K.R.I.T. to talk about his come up, music influences and what “real music” is.
Good questions followed by good responses. K.R.I.T. just needs to answer questions a little slower. All in all this was a good interview.
This is supposedly off an upcoming mixtape. It has an older look to it though. Why didn’t he go with Creative Control like in his last video’s? Politics. I’m not saying the direction was bad on this, I’m just saying it’s different.
Of course Shout to Onsmash
Its pretty interesting what Big K.R.I.T. did with that Usher Superstar beat. Big K.R.I.T. most likely will be on XXL’s freshman cover. I mean, why wouldn’t he be?

Big K.R.I.T. will have a party at Sounds of Brazil this Wednesday and hopefully he’ll pack the crowd. Smoke DZA and Curren$y Spitta should make some cameo’s but the 300 block representer will be the main attraction. With all the time he’s spending in New York Big K.R.I.T. could be accused of reverse carpetbagging.
This is a follow up to Mighta Missed Monday. (See I really habr something going!) Big K.R.I.T. drops off an official street album via DJBooth.net and Cinematic Music Group. K.R.I.T produced the whole album and if your smart enough/research savy you can hit Jonnyshipes and win $1000 cash money if you know what samples they used. (movies and musics)

Today’s feature comes by way of Mississippi. In a place where A&R’s, bloggers and the general public aren’t checking for new rappers Big K.R.I.T. still manages to get the light shown on him. He isn’t headlining the Highline Ballroom yet but with a Dame Dash name drop, a feature on Wiz Khalifa’s Kush & Orange Juice and working with Creative Control he’s well on his way. Mighta Missed Monday presents Big K.R.I.T. the producer, rapper and label owner.
There are 3 video’s and a mixtape download after the jump.
