After posting the Black Spade situation earlier a friend of mine sent me a post from Charles clearly upset and venting on his blog. He went as far as posting a Pro Tools session to clear his name. I shot it to B$ cause I clearly know nothing about making beats. He clearly stated that Charles just took the track and chopped where he wanted to so he could rhyme on it. Anyway enough technical music jargon til after the jump. In the meantime here the call I did with Black Spade & B Money so you can hear his account of the situation.

So B. Money downloaded the Pro Tools session that Charles put up and here’s what he had to say:
You can just say the tracks instrumental is here and there are no other parts of the separated track in the Pro Tools file just Hamilton’s vocals. This isnt a way to prove his innocence, its just backing up the points Spade proved in the phone interview with the vocal tracks he played for us in the background. If it’s your beat then you have each instrument track seperated
