Leak of the Week: The Dedication 3
DJ Drama & Lil Wayne

The Dedication 3 Cover

Just when I thought maybe that purple drink in the styrofoam cup has slowed Weezy down, I’ve been greatly disappointed. DJ Drama & Lil Wayne are back with the 3rd installment of their “The Dedication” series. I have my own personal views on Wayne so I will not even be giving this mixtape a listen. For all of you PMD fans who actually care to check it out, here’s the place for you to do that.

I Do It For Hip Hop – Ludacris feat. Jay-Z x NaS

Ludacris, Jay-Z & NaS

Me trying to even give a description of how good this is is a waste of my precious time. You see the names, so you already know. Too bad the song is tagged more than I care for but I gotta give it to you my dukes. Will update when it’s available. Let me know what you think my dukes.

808’s & Heartbreak Tracklisting

808's & Heartbreak

So the official track listing for Yeezy’s 808’s & Heartbreak is finally out. Seems like everyone is into making very short LP’s. I just want some of these artists to man up & say hey, I’m just gonna put out an EP & stop making such short crappy albums. 808’s & Heartbreak in stores Nov. 24th.

One REALLY Big Freestyle Cypher

While we were stuck in our crap ass jobs over here in the Recession prone U.S. of A., the UK hosted the G.O.O.D. Music Showcase. Just to turn insult to injury, there was a crazy large freestyle cypher including the likes of Kanye West, NaS, Mos Def, Will.I.Am, De La Soul, Consequence, Big Sean, Kid Cudi, Mr. Hudson, Tony Williams & Damon Albarn. All I have to say is, my Friday is set off proper. Enjoi my dukes.

T-Pain Feat. Justin Timberlake

T-Pain

T-Pain is collaborating with damn near EVERYONE nowadays. I have to say though, this one is fire (sorry Goat I know you’re against the Blue Eyed Soul). Enjoi the mellowness of auto tune from 2 of the biggest artists in the game right now.

Kanye West

The Creep of R&B is back with Mr. West for a not so bad remix. I mean he’s still a creep but he makes good music.

Da Art of Storytellin’ 4 – Lil Wayne feat. Willie The Kid, Mack Maine & LA The Darkman

Lil Wayne

At the mere sight of the title of this track & then who was on it, it already gets 2 thumbs WAY down from me. These 4 knuckleheads combined can’t even make as great a song as the duo we call Outkast. Supposedly it’s supposed to be off of that Dedication 3 with DJ Drama so we’ll see how that turns out. But seeing as I have to be a bi-partisan blogger to the world, I leave it up to you to decide. Tell me what you think my dukes.

YES WE CAN……Drop 3 Albums In One Year

Outkast

So it seems in a sit down with MTV, Big Boi has promised the fans 3 (yeah you’re reading that number correct) albums to be released from Outkast next year. First will be Big Boi’s Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty in January, followed by 3 Stacks album in February & then the group album after. If any of this actually happens then ‘09 will be a great year for Hip-Hop.
