He took the Gold today in the 200 meters. He also broke the World Record Michael Johnson set but we already knew that was going to happen. The last person to win Gold in both the 100 and 200 meters was Carl Lewis in 1984. Yeh we large my Dukes. Peep the Mavado tribute track after the jump.

R.I.P. Julius Carry

It’s with a heavy heart I bring my Dukes some sad news. Julius Carry who is famous to all for playing the role of Sho Nuff in “Berry Gordy’s The Last Dragon”. He was only 56 years old. Guess it’s somewhat true that it comes in threes. Let us remember him from one of the meanest scenes in The Last Dragon.
