C.R.A.C. For Format Mag Interview

C.R.A.C. for Format

So in my roaming on the world wide web I spotted an interview with C.R.A.C. for Format Mag. Here’s an excerpt:

Format: C.R.A.C. stands for ‘Collect Respect Anna Check.’ Can you elaborate on the acronym’s significance and what it means to you both?
Blu: It means get paid in a respectful way.

Ta’Raach: For me, it means stand up and be accounted for in action. Bring esteem to that which you express. In some cases that takes a more assertive or aggressive approach, which can easily be considered crass. We just exploited that idea and came C.R.A.C.

The Best Album Came Out 11 Years Ago Today

L.A.D.

I remember the day like it was yesterday. I tried to come to class late but truancy wasn’t having it. I figured I’d stay in Mc Donalds til’ 10 am then hit The Wiz to pick up Life After Death so I could be exclusive. Jake was making sweeps so I had to go to A&D like the rest and wait. So I’m At Work Actually Working And…

I needed some motivation/inspiration. Randomly going through my ipod I turned on Chronic 2001. This is arguably one of the best albums in Hip Hop. Bumping the second chronic inspired me to post Dr. Dre’s Up In Smoke Tour concert. This show had incredible stage design, vintage tracks, reunions of some of the best on the west. This was the illest concert that I DID NOT GO TO. My dudes at the time weren’t heading to Jersey to catch an act that was not Jay-Z. Definitely one of my regrets. Anyway my Dukes Enjoy!
