JAY-Z is an investor through a corporation he owns. He steps foot in 40/40 on probably three occasions: for a free New Years drink, a video shoot, and a new bar opening. The operations manager/active partner has to solve these issues. Jay-Z serves only as the name that gets the story into the newspaper.
