The interview was a good look into Kanye’s life (which is pretty darn good right now). However, I must say that Kanye needs to tone it down a bit. I appreciate supreme confidence, but he has been down right annoying in some of his interviews lately. Yes, you are the #1 artist in hip hop right now with 3 straight classic (or very close to classic) albums, but I dont need you to get crazy on us. There is a fine line between confidence (positive) and dillusional arrogance (bad). By the way Kanye, thanks for setting fire to G-Unit. Now maybe Fifty will self-destruct before years end, and do away with all those uninspired death threats on wax (which are laughable from a millionaire, I might add).

    SECOND WEEK DECLINES:SOME CHART STUFF

Well, as expected 50 Cent and Kanye experienced a huge decrease in second week sales. Still, they came in at No. 2 and No. 3 respectively. Kanye West’s Graduation moved and attitional 209,953 copies its second week in stores to push him past platinum. That was a 77% sales decrease. Curtis by Mr. Cent experienced an 80% sales decrease and sold 128,866 more copie. Chamillionaire’s Ultimate Victory sold about 78,000 units and Twista’s Adrenaline Rush 2007 came in at No. 13 with 38,123 sold. Note: the second two didn’t have any joint marketing scheme, but its all good. I heard all the albums are quality stuff and that’s all I really care about.
