In a market where sales are down and illegal downloading are at an all time high it’s mind boggling how much poor quality music still slips through. Case in point, Ezekiel “Freekey Zekey” Jiles debut album. Diplomats presents “Book of Ezekiel” features the Dipset roster and the usual skits and production you’d expect. Lyrically this albums disappointing from beginning to end. There is nothing ground breaking on this album at all.

Clearly he was signed on the co sign and not talent. It makes me wonder if this is a conspiracy to kill Hip Hop. What major exec could sit in on a listening session and seriously consider putting this out. The way things are going I might as well put out an album this year. I must admit though I have two guilty pleasures on this album. The single Hater What You Lookin’ At and Like This. Both songs are temporarily satisfying. Like This features a fake Max B sound alike named Sen. In closing, this album is wack. You would think the higher ups would try there best to put out quality music to counter massive downloading. This disposable music that’s being churned out doesn’t motivate me to pay for music overall. Oh Yea…Album in stores now!

“I listened to this album and I must say that I really liked… Nah I’m just kidding. I wouldn’t listen to this album if Freaky came back from the dead, made a collabo with Biggie & Pac, let DJ Premier produce the track, made Camron sign an agreement to never rap again, and promised to perform in my backyard.”
