Release Therapy seems like the King of Subliminal is trying to tell us something… He either doesn’t want to rap anymore or he is really mad at someone or both. You be the judge! This album just didn’t seem like the same Luda, he seems bored and angry, and I like the Luda who is funny and clever, not the angry, depressed man who keeps complaining that everyone is trying to get him for his money. My dude, being rich and famous it comes with the territory, deal with it. I wish somebody was trying to get me for my little ducketts, Sike! But he does have some bangers on the album, Money Maker was a decent single, video could have been better. Ultimate Satisfaction w/ Field Mob, reminded me of the old Luda where he would freestyle with the other DTP members. Only thing about Wozzy, that I didn’t like was that he worked with R. Kelly (I’m anti-R.Kelly, sorry guys), but the song was true Luda talking to the ladies. War With God & Do Your Time w/ Beanie Sigel are my favorites. I heard War With God a while back, and the subliminal rhymes are there and he is at his best, plus the beat is tough. To be honest Luda, T.I., and Outkast are the best out of the south or Atlanta, however you look at it. The song Slap w/ Beanie Sigel is hot and I can respect because everyone knows someone locked up and I know everything beanie Sigel talks about, he went through. Overall it is a descent album, but it is not one of his best, like I said before it seems like he is going through something or this is his last album. Chris Bridges for an Oscar, very soon!!!

Freshness every time!
